Reporting a Breach or Grievance
At Scandagra Group of Companies, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, ethical, and respectful working environment. To support this commitment, we have established a Procedure for Reporting Breaches and Grievances, which outlines how concerns can be reported, received, investigated, and resolved.
This procedure ensures a secure internal channel for reporting and defines the responsible entity within the Group for handling such reports.
Who Can Report?
This procedure applies to:
- Employees of Scandagra Group AB and its subsidiaries
- Individuals with current or past contractual relationships (e.g., consultants, interns, volunteers)
- Self-employed individuals, shareholders, and members of management or supervisory bodies
- Sub-contractors, suppliers, and other associated parties
How to Report a Breach or Grievance
You can submit a report through any of the following channels:

Send your report to the designated email address based on your location or company:

3. Registered Mail
Send your report to the company’s registered office.
Please label the envelope:
“Whistleblowing breach report addressed to the competent entity, to be delivered in person.”
What to Include in Your Report
To ensure a thorough and fair investigation, please provide:
- Who committed or is about to commit the breach, when, and how
- Date and circumstances of how you became aware of the breach
- Your name, surname, personal ID number, workplace, phone number, and other contact details
- Details of the breach, any witnesses, and supporting documents or evidence
- Preferred method and time for contacting you
You may submit your report anonymously.
Note: If you wish to be officially recognized as a whistleblower, you must disclose your identity and indicate your wish to be recognized as such. In this case, the company will forward your report to the relevant national authority within two business days, if required by local law.
